SIGNI today announced the launch of its new generation Silicon Carbide Sanding Discs. This product line is
specifically designed for grinding and polishing stone, marble, granite, and concrete, offering users a more efficient
dry/wet sanding experience.
The discs feature high-hardness Silicon Carbide abrasive, known for its excellent self-sharpening properties,
allowing for quick removal of burrs and scratches on stone surfaces. Compared to ordinary sandpaper, the open-
coat structure effectively prevents stone powder from clogging, significantly extending the lifespan of each disc.
A product manager stated, "Traditional sandpaper for stone often fails due to high heat and dust buildup. Our discs
support wet sanding, which not only suppresses dust to protect health but also uses water as a lubricant to achieve
a smoother stone finish."
The discs feature a Velour backing for quick attachment to hook-and-loop pads, making changes fast and easy.
Various grits are available, from coarse grinding to fine polishing, suitable for handheld sanders and pneumatic
tools.
